This guy is a famous South Asian Monopoly man impersonator. He goes to all the big golf events. They use him to hand out the comically large novelty checks to the winners. No big deal.
interesting that you, me, and virtually the whole of the internet assumed he was wearing a headscarf. he was not -- it's a ginger colored wig. but he's south asian, has a mustache, and has something on his head we can't quite make out. therefore, it must be a turban. am not making any point about race and stereotypes other than to say, as i always do when confused about matters like this...white people be trippin'!!
i think had he been any other color i may have guessed the same thing. that is a pretty shite wig.
